Privacy policy

Who I am

Restored Digital is a trade name of Acutis Ventures LLC. I'm Spencer Dorsey, and I run it from Yakima, Washington. You can reach me at hello@restoreddigital.com.

What I collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, business name, email address, a message, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and current website.

How I use it

I use what you send to reply to your inquiry. I don't sell it, and I don't share it for marketing.

Third parties

• The contact form is a Google Form embedded on this page. Google receives what you type, and the responses are stored in a Google Sheet that only I can open. Google's own privacy policy applies to its handling of that information.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
• Bootstrap, the layout library, is loaded from the jsDelivr content delivery network, which may also receive your IP address.
• This site does not use analytics.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them.
